Returns and Refund Policy:

For our customers in Kuwait:

You can exchange or return your purchase and get full refund by visiting one of our branches, returns/exchange is NOT offered in delivery.

Labels should be attached, the clothes should be unworn, and the original invoice to be presented. 

*Evening dresses returns are accepted within 24 hours only, after that no refund or exchange will be accepted. 

**Accessories, Hijabs and Prayer set and gifts can not be exchanged or refunded.
 

For our customers outside of Kuwait:

You can exchange or return your purchase and get full refund once you fill and submit the RETURN FORM within 14 days after delivery, shipping charges to send back the clothes to Malabesna will be borne by the buyer.

*A 20% of the purchases value will be applied as restock fees in case of return with no factory defect.
